Where Neighbors Become Friends !
Zvago Long Lake - a 62+ Community
Experience Zvago Long Lake Cooperative, an active 62+ community near Minneapolis. Friendly neighbors engaging activities, and a supportive, caring community.
Remember the childhood neighborhoods where everyone knew each other, shared a wave from the porch, and looked out for one another? That same welcoming feeling is what you’ll discover at Zvago Long Lake.
Here, conversations come easily and community truly means something. It’s a place where people care, connections grow naturally, and you’re always greeted with a smile.
More than just a residence, it’s a return to that comforting sense of belonging — a place where you feel known, valued, and right at home.
“When I first explored Zvago Long Lake I was drawn to the home and lifestyle. What I didn’t expect was how quickly I would feel welcomed. From the start, neighbors reached out and made me feel like I belonged. While the community wasn’t my primary reason for moving here, it became the reason it was the right decision.” —Dawn L.

Support is part of our culture.
Whether stepping up during an emergency, offering help before being asked, or simply checking in, people look out for each other in meaningful ways and turn kindness into action.
“I knew my life had changed for the better when I signed up to cook for the Meal Train - and then after my foot surgery, found myself on the receiving end of that same kindness. That’s when I felt the heart of this community.” —Lynn C.
